How To Use
Before you apply your Going Steady Longwear Lip, it helps to exfoliate your lips to get a more seamless finish. Start at the center of the bottom lip and sketch towards the lip line. Angle applicator on its side to overdraw easily and perfectly. Repeat the same for the top lip then fill in the center if you need it.
