Yes, but whatever you spend, you will receive the full amount back in store credit. You can buy an annual subscription for $10/month, a 5-month subscription for $11/month, or if you have commitment issues like some of us, buy the card monthly for $12.

Yes. However, if you have paid for a 5- or 10- month period upfront, you will continue to receive Neen cards until the end of your subscription period; canceling will result in your subscription not renewing for the following period.

After subscribing to your Neen Card, your store credit will automatically be added to your account. This account will be associated with the email that you used at checkout. You will get an email to this address confirming your store credit.

To use your store credit either log in to your account, and then click the "Apply Store Credit button" at checkout. Or, copy the store credit code from your email and paste it in the gift card/discount code bar at checkout.

To check your store credit balance, simply click the "neen credit" button on the bottom left corner of our website. If you are logged in, your balance will pop up. If you aren't logged in, then, click the "Existing Customers - Sign In To Use Your Credit" button. This will take you to our account page to log in. Once you are logged in, click the "neen credit" button and you will be able to see your balance. Note: Make sure to use the email associated with your Neen card order when signing in!

Yes, but it will depend on how much product you use for each look. Most people can do 2-3 of the looks with the makeup on the card.

Yes, each card has new shades or a different combination of colors. We’re also introducing new products along the way. The looks (and faces) are different every month.

The best way to access tutorials is to download the Neen app in the iOS or Android store and then scan the QR codes on the Neen card. You can also access tutorials at weareneen.com/tutorials, or our Neen YouTube channel.

The paper stock for the cards follows Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) guidelines on forest management. The makeup swatches are not recyclable. To recycle the paper, remove the makeup swatches in their entirety before putting in recycling.
